Sandown Community Ladies Group
“Local ladies” are more than welcome to join our Ladies Community group who exercise together three times a week at the gym and Exercise Studio.
- Over the last five years we have offered a range of activities from Aerobics, Keep fit, Yoga, Weight-training, Dance mats and Climbing. At present the current programme comprises of Weight-training and Pilates. Mums, sisters, aunts and grandmothers are all invited to come along to our friendly sessions, where the atmosphere is aways relaxed and informal!
The programme is currently under review at present details are as follows:
Monday: Gym session 8. 30-9.30am.
Thursdays: 9.30-10.30am Weights room
Pilates Wednesdays 3.30-4.30pm (commencing 14th October)
Sat: 10-12noon Weights room, Fairway Sports ComplexAll gym sessions are free.
There is a small charge of £3 to cover instructor fees for Pilates
